DX11 GET CAMERA FORWARD VECTOR Y

Returns the Y coordinate of the given camera's forward vector.
The forward vector is normalized such that all its coordinates are in the [-1 .. +1] range.

The camera to get the forward vector Y coordinate of.
  Returns

The Y coordinate of the camera's normalized forward vector.
